Mobile Loan Signings -

Hazelnut Notary works directly with title companies and escrow officers — no signing service required. Robyn is NNA-certified, background-screened, and experienced in returning complete, accurately packaged loan documents.
Please note the following when scheduling:
Same-day shipping: The local FedEx overnight cutoff is 3:00 PM. Scan back requests must be factored into scheduling to allow sufficient time before cutoff.
Shipping labels: All document packages must include a prepaid FedEx or UPS return label. If a label is not provided, Hazelnut Notary can arrange shipping for an additional $50 fee.
No courier service. Completed packages are returned via FedEx or UPS overnight only. Hazelnut Notary does not provide direct courier delivery to title offices.
Payment terms: Payment is due within 15 days of closing.
